    Is it possible to create, say 4 fixed custom subject lines that are in a drop down format that are the only ones the user can choose from?

    Also not a current feature at this time.

    I try to keep CFX super lightweight and simple contact form.

    For advanced features like condition menus, custom menus and so forth, check out a more robust plugin for example Contact Form 7 or similar.
