Fixed feature image

hello!

just wondering how I can set the fixed feature post image that doesn’t scroll at all (like in this example: http://aesopthemes.com/novella/2014/07/21/before-the-black-vapour/

Is this functionality a part of Aesop plugin? Can’t make it work.
