thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
Unfortunately, there’s no known solution at this time. The problem basically is that tables in tabs are hidden initially (when the page is loaded). Due to this, certain math calculations regarding the table and column widths can not be done and thus the header does not “fit”.

Thinking more about the table being in a tab, it loads correctly if in the first tab using a fixed left column, but not a fixed header.
I found a previous post from over a year ago where you had replied that fixed header and first column do not work in the same table.

Just curious if there have been any code updates that make them compatible now.

no, sorry, also no good news here 🙁 From everything I know, the external JS libraries for FixedHeader and FixedColumns are not compatible.
