    Hej WP

I’m currently struggling with issues on our webshop, very similar to what was supposed to be fixed earlier.

    Changelog1.8.2

    • Fixed: Incorrect price calculation when the shopping cart is recalculated multiple times

I have updated, deleted, and reinstalled the plugin, but it’s still acting up. It worked fine for about 4 months without any issues.
What it does now is that in the shopping cart it adds the price including VAT (as it should) – but then it also adds the price excluding VAT on top of that.
Is this something you have a solution for?

    Hi @solaroutlet ,

For your information, we have checked on our dev site but didn’t encounter this issue. Possibly, something on your site is interfering with our plugin.

I asked for a public link of user site so that we can inspect the issue and provide further instructions but didn’t receive any response since then. So we could not reproduce this on ur test site.

If possible, please provide your public site link for us to check from our end to be sure. We will see if we can reproduce the issue and find a solution.

    Best regards.

    Hello @janilyn409

Its works fine with simple product.

When I use your WPC Smart Bundle plugin together with WPC Product Options for WooCommerce, the two don’t seem to work well together. It looks like the price is being calculated twice when adding a product to the cart.

The funny thing it did work fine for about 2 weeks ago… So its something new.

I have uninstalled both to get the newest update.

I’m currently testing it on this product:
    https://www.solaroutlet.dk/shop/komplet-8-kwp-aeg-anlaeg-inkl-10kwh-batteripakke-til-alle-tagtyper/

Try adding any option (tegl or eternit) and then click ‘Add to Cart’—you’ll see that the price doesn’t carry over correctly.”

    Thanks

    Hello @janilyn409

    Thanks for your time.

We still have some issues. I have updated both plugins and our wordpress update is  6.8.1

I’m currently testing it on this product:

    Hi @solaroutlet ,

I checked on your site again today. However, the WPC Product Options plugin was disabled at the time. Only the Smart bundle plugin is activated and working.

The current extra fields under the smart bundled subitems are not from our plugin but another.

Please check further from the backend of your site to confirm:

    • Disable all other plugins, only keep WooCommerce, our 2 WPC plugins activated.
    • Check the prices and add the products to the cart.
    • Reactivate others plugins one by one to find the source of the conflict.

Normally, any external pricing/discount plugins might interfere with the pricing of our plugins.

I tested the latest version of both our plugins and confirmed that there was no such error.

If possible, when you troubleshoot from your end, please create a screen recording video so that we can reproduce the issue from our end.

    Best regards.
