Currently, the plugin does not support it.
I’ve done some tests and was able to achieve good results in some themes, unfortunately, some of them didn’t work correctly.
If you want I can provide you with the instructions how to do that so you can try yourself.

Ok, here it is:
Open the wp-content/plugins/wp-snow-effect/public/js/jsnow.js file and look for this part of code:
u.css({
width: k + "px",
height: 1,
display: "block",
overflow: "visible",
position: "absolute",
left: "1px",
zIndex: t
});
now change the: position: “absolute”, to: position: “static” . and save the file.

It works 99% perfect on the theme I’m running and it looks absolutely amazing. The 1% is that there is now a white line across the top of the page. Looks to be about 1px deep going all the way across.
If its possible to remove or hide it – super!
