Fixed? As in fixed on the page and doesn’t move as you scroll?

You will need to do the css positioning then. That link is a starting point for you, plus there’s a lot of other tutorials online to do this as well. I’m not sure how well this will work for this theme because it wasn’t coded to do that but I’d say go for it and see if you can achieve that result.
