Fixed position menu

How can I get the menu to stay fixed to the top of the page when scrolling, as shown in the demo?

1. Go to in theme customization mode (Dashboard->Appearance->Customize).
2. Then go to Theme Options -> Header, there you can select Fixed from Header style and save & publish.
