Fixed Sidebar Advice

    I’m in need of advice in how best to implement a fixed sidebar as shown here.

    Is it possible to achieve the information density and functionality with Simple Page Sidebars, or should I explore a custom CSS/PHP solution? I’m using SiteOrigin’s Page Builder and Vantage Premium on my site at framella.wpengine.com.
