Fixed Widget stopped working

    Hi,

    i installed the fixed widget in december and it worked for some time now. When i was checking today it did not work anymore.

    I tried on different browsers (Chrome/Edge) and cleared the cache.

    What could be the issues?

    Hi @rollentrainer,

    thanks for reaching out.

    I just visited your site and saw that the sidebar widget with the “Kostenlos testen” button at the top, is fixed when I scroll down.

    Have you been able to identify and fix the problem?

    thanks for your reply.

    That is really strange as I did not change anything. It should be as you describe. Additionally i just checked and it did not stick anywhere.

    I tested on Chrome, Edge and on IE (all in private mode as well).

    Do you have any idea why i cannot see it sticking?

    Hi @webzunft,

    after your feedback i noticed some issue with the width of the screen as i tested on the laptop screen. Decreasing the minimal screen size worked for me.

    Somehow funny as i have a decent resolution on my laptop.

    Still – now it works even on smaller screens and i know where to adjust in future.
