fixed width slides

you’ve set it to a center slider so the main element is the centered item. That’s why it will not slide the first element so it is visible inside the box at the left side (it tries to make the middle one the center). You can make the #slider container “overflow:visible” so it will still show the element but it will also slider over your text.

The Apple slider just starts with the main element on the left side (e.g. like a boxed container) and has no overflow:hidden so it will go out of it. The other parts look like your slider already, just that you don’t have it as a full row and text on the left side
