although, the site linked with your username seems to be using a theme ‘fixed’ – however, this seems to be a commercial theme by a third party.
I generally do not understand why you would get any ‘update’ message at all.

as it seems to be general possible to have automatic updates for externally hosted themes, your theme developer might be able to help with your question.
