Fixer API data changes

Hi! The Fixer API used to fetch the conversion rates is being discontinued, so any calls towards https://data.fixer.io/api/latest will fail if that service is used. The new service is owned by APILayer so the URL should be changed.

There are three services that can be used for conversion

https://apilayer.com/marketplace/fixer-api
https://apilayer.com/marketplace/exchangerates_data-api
or https://apilayer.com/marketplace/currency_data-api

Can you update this as soon as possible?
