Fixing webpage

There was an issue where the size of the website could not exceed 1025 MB. I dropped the table wp_options and wp_terms not knowing that they are important. Is there any way to repair this?

is your webhosting vendor SiteGround? if yes, some SiteGround plans have a built in daily backup service. Contact SiteGround for guidance to restore your database to a time prior to dropping database tables.
