Flamingo Integration Stops working

When I enable this plugin for a form, it seems to prevent the message from being recorded by Flamingo. When I enabled PayPal for the form, upon submit, it didn’t log to Flamingo. When I disabled PayPal for the form, upon submit, the form logged to Flamingo. Not sure why. Flamingo is a plugin created by the same developer of Contact Form 7 in order to log contact form 7 submissions in the wordpress database.
