Flash form in wordpress

Hello. I’ve made a form (so the user can vote) with flash (.swf) and i’ve added in my index.php (../wp-content/themes/mytheme/index.php).

The flash shows ok, but when I try to vote, it simply doesn’t work. I get the ‘undefined’ result. The weirdest thing is, if i go to the direct url of the swf, something like mysite.com/wp-content/themes/mytheme/poll/etc.swf) it works ok, it writes to the database and it shows the results ok.

I’m getting a little desperate to get this to work. Does anyone have any ideas to work this out? Please.
