Flashifier Problem – Doesn’t Play remote swf’s.

    I am somewhat baffled with Flashifier – while it certainly plays locally stored flash movies, when I provide a remote link, the flash doesn’t load. I either get a blank space (using provided dimensions) or nothing at all. If I use a local link the movie shows flawlessly. Can anyone tell me if they have had similar troubles – or a possible solution perhaps? Thanks a lot.

    thats not a plugin problem, by design you cannot play flash files that reside on another server.. download it, put it on your server. Its also in poor style, linking to other ppl’s files uses their bandwidth.

    Thank you for the reply. Indeed, I planned posting “my recent finds” directly because my upload speed sucks (capped at 4kbps), so this would have worked great for me. But I understand the reasons against this.
