I have seen some resolved threads but I am not able to resolve my problem. I have Flatsome and the plugin just does not work for me. Can you help me. I would love to pay for this plugin but I need it to work on my site. I have enabled plugin and thumbs but it just will not load it.

Hello,

I have several clients with flatsome. No issues so far.

Try in the admin going to WooCommerce > SVI (Check it’s activated).
