Good, but not my first choice

    I ended-up choosing mailchimp over creativ.email because the creativ.email package is inferior (imo) when directly compared in terms of both features, ease of use, completeness, and cost.

    About the time I started considering installing other plugins to compensate for missing features, I started to research other packages and landed on the chimp.

    No disrespect to creativ.email – they’ve got a great product and their support is freakin’ awesome. It just wasn’t for me.

    You have to contact support to remove your credit card from your account, and to close your account, but that’s a sales thing.
