    It does what I wanted it to do with some options that allow one to size the social media icons. Nice.

    I would like it to do one more thing – provide the option of having the icons appear on all pages, not just posts.

    You can have the icons appear on pages, just select “page” inside “Share Post Types” (pressing CTRL you can select multiple entries) under Settings -> Social Media “Automatic Display”
