Flexible Shipping plugin cannot run on PHP versions

    Last time I change my server and before migrate plugin works correctly, but now show problem with PHP version and show information:

    The “Flexible Shipping” plugin cannot run on PHP versions older than 5.6. Please contact your host and ask them to upgrade.

    But I have version 7.3, how can I fix this?

    Hi @natallliii

    Please make sure that you are using supported PHP version. Please send us a WooCommerce system status. Here’s a screenshot showing how to get it.

    Also, check the php info file and look which PHP version you see there: http://v1.jontangerine.com/silo/php/phpinfo/

    Hi,

    Just for info., I just experienced that I could not access woo orders – changed php version from 7.3 to 7.2 – and now it works again.
    Maybe there are some problems with php v. 7.3

    Thank you for you answer, I had to write to the hosting provider, did not activate the new version of php on server even though 7.3 it was displayed in the panel 😐

    The plugin has been tested with PHP 7.3 and we do not confirm that there are any issues with these version.

    If you are still experiencing issues, please send me a screenshot showing the error message and your PHP version (from system status).
