    We have used this for more than 2 years. Recently we have experienced where the actual shipping costs do not match what is quoted. Programmed size and weight is entered correctly. Dollar amounts are off by substantial amounts.

    We have confirmed our subscription is current.
    Our UPS account and passwords have not changed.
    Nothing has been altered in the setup.
    Checking with WP Desk, it states our email does not exist on their website, therefore I can’t queue support from the proper channel to them.

    Could you please submit a ticket here- https://octolize.com/support/ – Submit your ticket. I am not sure why you get information that your email does not exist on our website. If you provide an email to which the subscription is assigned we will be able to locate it.
