Flickr gallery not loading

    Hi,
    I installed Flickr Gallery album and set up API and Album code.
    I added the shortcake to a page and finally it is not loading. I only can see on the page that the tolls is running and running but nothing comes up

    just saw on the console log
    ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: jQuery

    same happens after plugin re-install and re-create of api code
