Flip Book Doesn’t Display

I’ve tried uploading several different PDFs to get it to work, but I keep running into the same issue. Whenever I load in the shortcode:

[3d-flip-book mode=”fullscreen” urlparam=”fb3d-page” id=”3067″ title=”false”]

And try to preview the page, it’s blank. It looks like there is a big space where the PDF should go.

Any thoughts?
