    Hello,

    I’ve installed the Pro version of Flip Boxe and Image Overlay. I’ve activated the licence key. But unfortunately I do not get background images. I still get a pink color on the background. Does anyone know how to solve this? What could I’ve done wrong?

    FYI, while installing the zip file I got when buying the PRO version, WordPress failed the installation of the plugin because “/srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/image-hover-effects-ultimate-visual-composer/” already existed. First the free version was installed. The licence key is activated.

    kindly delete current version and install pro version while as you activated no need to active or install again.

    Kindly check and hope you are able to use pro version. Also as primium issue kindly contact via oxilab.org if you faced any bugs.

    Dear @biplob018, I contacted oxilab.org but still didn’t got an answer. Meanwhile I think I can chance the background image by leaving the color blank. Now I’ve set a pasword on my website using a plugin but all the images are gone. I can only see white areas. Do you also have a solution for this problem?
