Floating elements not showing

Having issues with the widget showing on a website, it shows when I do the embedded widget style but if I switch to a floating which normally showed in the bottom left, it now no longer shows. No console errors I can see, everything is updated 100%, current plugin list hasn’t interfered with the plugin before, and the other non-floating widgets do still work with all my reviews if I change the layout.
