Floating GLT Widget Flags Behind Main Content

The Floating Google Language Translate Widget was working fine, but after the last update things changed.
The button that says “Translate” shows up correctly, but when I click on it and the menu with the flags appears, the flags that fall across the content of the webpage are behind the that content area and are not click-able. Before all the flags (including the ones that fall across the webpage content) were above the webpage content and click-able.
I was wondering if there was something I could do to the CSS to fix this?
