Floating image

After I restored my website one of the images on the home page won’t go back were it was. There is a “Get A Quote” tab that runs down the right hand side of the browser window. Now It is stuck at the bottom in the third column of my three column theme. I took over this site a few months ago so I did not build it. The image displays in my “Pages” “Homepage” window as a ? image. Any one know how to fix this?
