No, unfortunately this isn’t a possibility right now, as the share box is designed to be in close connection with the respective post. I would recommend looking into an alternative plugin, such as one of these — https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-socializer/ — https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/floating-links/ — as they claim they are offering the functionality that you’re looking for.
