Is that the actual error you’re getting? Were you able to use the builder before? Or are you trying it just now? Do you have some kind of caching service active on the site? Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route first, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin.

Hi Ben,
Yes that was the actual error I was getting. I’ve never used BBL before. I have the paid version of BB but this is for a lower end client.
I have no idea what it was and no there weren’t any cache plugins and it happened when the other plugins were deactivated too.
When searching in google I found a few other websites with the same thing – as in the error was appearing on their website and they hadn’t noticed / done anything about it.
I couldn’t wait for a response or find a way to fix it so I moved to a different free page builder that didn’t give me a problem.

Ah, gotcha! Just tried the latest version of BB lite on our dev server and it works just fine out of the box.
Definitely let us know if it happens again so we can check. 🙂
