Fluent Auth keeps blocking even with security setting disabled

I have disabled Login Security Settings (I have another firewall so I don’t need this because it blocks me all the time. Even though I turned it off (See image) it still blocks me and tells me I have to try again in 15 minutes (this happens only with the Fluent Auth MAGIC Login Form added using a shortcode). Not wp-admin
