    Dear Support,

Can you please clarify for us the following:

    1. PayPal: we have seen with other anti-spam plugins, that they block PayPal payment request, regardless of whether they are PayPal Express or a regular PayPal gateway request. Can you clarify whether La Sentinelle blocks PayPal? How could we whitelist PayPal.com?
    2. FluentForms: does your plugin protect FluentForms? Here is a link to the plugin on ww.wp.xz.cn: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/fluentform/

Many thanks for your help with this.

    Piet

    Hi Piet,

    2. This plugin does not support fluent Forms.

    1. I don’t know. It could be that Fluent Forms uses a default action, hook or filter to validate forms. This plugin does hook into certain hooks for forms. It is not on purpose that a form in Fluent Forms gets blocked.
I am not planning to look into it. I simply don’t understand the code of Fluent Forms, they have way too many abstractions. If you can suggest a code change to not have problems, please do so. In the meantime, both plugins seem to not work together I suppose.

By the way, is that Paypal payment a combination with registration or with login? You could disable the spamfilter for one of those forms in WordPress Core and see if that helps.

      Dear @mpol

Many thanks for your reply and clarification.

Regarding your question about PayPal, it definitely happens with the PayPal login. We haven’t tried it with the PayPal account creation.

      Many thanks for your support.

      Piet
