• I’m updating my review. Initially, I rated this plugin highly, but after using it for a month, I’ve realized it’s “NOT” a CRM. It’s really just an email automation tool. It’s become clear to me that the creators of this plugin don’t fully understand the difference between a CRM and email automation. While CRMs do include email automation features, they are much more robust when it comes to managing conversations, tracking follow-ups, and handling prospects. Sales teams use CRM’s to also call clients and track followups. There is no way to manage this properly with this product.

    I’ve also canceled my paid subscription. They should have never included “CRM” in the name and could have called it something like “Fluent Automation” instead.
