fluentform/load_default_public filter not affects Block Editor

I found a small issue with the “fluentform/load_default_public” filter: disabling the default CSS works well on the frontend, but it does not affect the Block Editor, so when editing a page, the form looks different. Can you please check the return value of the filter when you enqueue Editor styles?
