Flush Cache on Logout

    I’ve started using your plugin as I am having issues with w3TC preventing Sidebar Login from updating after logging in. It’s working on login, but when a user clicks ‘Logout’, the logout process runs (and the user loses access to the site) but the Sidebar Login indicates that the user is still logged in. The weird thing is that this only happens to non-admin users. When an Admin logs out, it shows the proper ‘login’ fields.

    Any suggestions on a fix?
