Flushing permalinks & network activation

    Plugin does not seem to flush permalinks on network activation properly so link to the llms.txt file does not work before flushing permalinks to a site

    Hi Teemu,

    This is fixed but we are making some other significant changes and they will all be released together sometime next week.
