FLV Player for Sidebar

I’ve found plenty of plug ins and players to embed video within a post, but I’d like to add an FLV to my sidebar (for a sponsors flv).

I’ve tried a number of the plug ins that use a [flv:/video/] format, but I’m assuming I need something different for the sidebar.
