Flyout responsive and alignment

Hi there,
I’m using the free version of MMM with the flyout menu.
1. I want to align the menu-items on the full width of my page.
Example: The menu width is 1000px. There are 5 items, each item should get 20% of the width. But there is no opportunity to set the width of the items in percent.2. Due to the fact that I can’t use percentages the responsiveness is not working how I want it to. What do I have to do to make the menu responsive? Until now the menu items break in a new line beneath until the mobile version appears. The better way would be to reduce the paddings/margins. Is there a css-code to solve that?

To display menu items horizontally, you’ll need to switch the sub menu type to Mega Menu:

Only the 2 sub menu types you see demonstrated on maxmegamenu.com are available: Flyout menu and Mega Menu.
There are some ideas and instructions on how to reduce the padding/margins on intermediate screen sizes here also:
