I can’t access the focus keyphrase in the Yoast SEO plugin. It’s simply not there. See the following screenshot.

It should be the first thing that appears in the SEO section of the tab.

I’ve already deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, cleared my SiteGround cache, and cleared my Chrome cache. I’ve also tried viewing the page in Safari as well as Chrome.

The focus keyphrase field is just not visible. I see this issue has been reported before in this forum. Can anyone help?

    Hi @akubrin

Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin and for creating the topic. The missing focus keyphrase occurs when you have turned off the “SEO analysis” in Yoast SEO > General > Site features > Readability analysis, or when you have selected the “Disable SEO analysis” on the Users > Profile page under the heading “Yoast SEO settings”. If you have disabled it within the Site features, you can enable them to see the focus keyphrase field. If you have selected “Disable SEO analysis” on the Users > Profile page, you can save the settings to view them again.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have further concerns. We are happy to help.

@josevarghese Yep, that fixed it. Case closed. Thank you!
