    Hi,
we are facing a huge hosting space usage due to, we think, WPML that does not allow the “permanent deletion” of files done through Filebird IF those files are added to a translated page.
There fore it looks like that to be sure that a file is correctly deleted from our hosting we have to search for it on each “filebird” translation page (need to switch to each language and display the file tree) and manually delete it.
Whith over 20000 images the process is quite time spending.
    My questions are:
1 – Is it possible to “permamently” delete a file from the main language without having to look for it in each other language?
2 – Is it possible to view the SIZE in kb/mb of each folder?

    Thank you for your support

    Piero

    Hi @altalook,

    Greetings of the day.

    We appreciate your patience.

    1. “Is it possible to “permamently” delete a file from the main language without having to look for it in each other language?”
–> Perhaps, you should contact WPML support team if they could provide a solution to do this. Since this is a feature of WPML plugin.

    2. “Is it possible to view the SIZE in kb/mb of each folder?”
–> Sadly, FileBird only can show the size of the FILE instead of folder for now. You should enable this feature by click on “generate” button in the setting here https://tppr.me/CoTOLU to use the feature.

However, displaying the size of the Folder is also a good idea, please help us leave your suggestion here https://feedbo.io/board/filebird/, we will implement it in the future.

    3. The “Sync WPML” feature means when you add a new language to WPML, its media translations may not be properly mapped onto the FileBird folder. In this case, you would need to sync WPML.
Please refer to this doc for more details https://ninjateam.gitbook.io/filebird/integrations/wpml

    Hope that clears your concerns.

    Best regards,

    Mia
