Folder Data Lost After Site Migration

    I just recently moved my website to a new domain. Now my mdocs folders are all empty, though the files are still located in the database and can be brought up with the links (found in the database). Do you know what the problem is?

    Update: I just found the files by running File System Cleanup. They are all unlinked files. Is there a way to relink them?
