Folder ‘filebird-uploads’ unaccessible

Hello,

the folder wp-content/filebird-uploads has the ftp permission 01340 and is unaccessible. I can’t chmod because of missing permissions. When I try to download a filebird folder, I get a 403 error instead of loading the zip file.

Can you tell me, what happened here?
btw, I purchased the PRO version after trying the free edition. maybe it happend during the update process?
