    So I take it form playing with the free version this is all front end organizing the files, When i look at the back in they are all still in the one folder.

    Do you mean you cannot create a new folder please?

    So yes I can go to Media Library and make folders and sub folders, I can drag and drop photos into the folders and all, but when i FTP into my site, all the files are still in the main folder.

    Hi @cubmanky

    I think you don’t understand how FileBird works?

    Please note that it only lets you create virtual folders for media categorization sake, the folders which only reflects in the library and not at the FTP level.
