Folders Empty

    A while ago (unfortunately I can’t say when exactly) all our files were no longer in a folder. Everything seemed to have “reset”.

    All of our folders are still here but they are all empty and we now have 3500 non categorized files. Do you have any idea what could have done this or how we could resolve it?

    Could you try enable that option and check again?
    Also are you the only one who access your site?

    On activating the option all folders disappear and all the files remain uncategorized.

    So please tell us list of plugins on your site, also which version of FileBird? Is it free or pro version?

    Unfortunately my support time has expired. Do you have an idea what the problem would be if it was the free version? That’s the reasen I wrote here.

    “Unfortunately my support time has expired.” If you continue to use the pro version, @naturfreundeschweiz, you will need to renew your support time and get support from the developer.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    If you want support here, then you need to “downgrade” to the free plugin
