Hi @bighrts,
I am glad to know you figured it out already.
Do not hesitate to get back to us again if you ever need to 😉
Thank you so much for choosing FileBird. If it’s possible, can you leave the plugin with 5 star ratings?

I have the same problem… with several folders, those containing lots of images, it does NOT show them anymore after the update, as if they were empty -yet the counter of each folder still indicates the number of images that contain.
Is there any way to “regenerate” the thumbnails?

Hi @enricm ,
Can you please send a screenshot to indicate this case?
And does this happen after you updated the plugin?
Kind regards,
-Bruce-
Hi Bruce
I think I have discovered “the problem”, but I don’t know the cause or how to fix it.
It seems that, when loading the folders it *automatically* includes the name of the user as a search term (see image https://ibb.co/3dLZw7Q). Every single time I refresh the page, even if I empty the search box.
Thanks

I see! Well, that is an issue that has never been seen before.
In this case, please get in touch with the dev unit to have a look at it for you:

This is the free version of the product. Will this issue still be cared for?
