    I need a Follow Button like the one found here:
    http://eveschaub.com/

    It’s wordpress.com button. Is there one available for ww.wp.xz.cn?
    Or is there a button that functions like it? Something that delivers new posts directly to a users inbox?

    This can be done via Jetpack, which is, in fact, the very plugin used by the site you reference. It allows ww.wp.xz.cn sites to harness the power of wordpress.com features.
