Follow Post and Page plugin

    I know that I can allow visitors to subscribe to my site. That’s set up and working.

    But my pages and posts are of a technical nature and I want the ability for users to tag a post or page so that they receive a notification when that post or page is updated.

    So, far I have failed to find a plugin that does this.

    Any suggestions please?
