    Is it possible that you might have set the custom icon URL in the plugin settings. As it seems, it might be set to “https://plus.google.com/+JacquiOlliverSwitch”. If you remove that from the plugin settings page, the icon should appear as expected.

    Hi, I initially had the numerical number Google gave me before I got the custom URL. I had the same problem with that Google number. What’s your next suggestion? 🙂
