That’s entirely normal.
As a Jetpack blog, you’re only included in the WordPress.com Reader as a posts-only RSS feed. Since you’re largely self-contained, the WordPress.com Reader doesn’t have the connections that it does with other WordPress.com Blogs to support in-Reader features like Likes and Comments.
Hi James,
Is there a work around to make it happen?

No, there is not. To use all of the integrated features of the WordPress.com Reader, you’ll need to have a WordPress.com Blog.
Thanks for your response. I have one more issue that I am facing when inserting image to post. Could you help me for the same?

My wordpress powered website is wisebabies.com
The only set of plugins activated are:
– Better Follow Button for Jetpack
– Jetpack by WordPress.com
– WP Super Cache
– CSS
On the website, I have activated “Likes” by Jetpack and “Comments” by jetpack. So when accessing the website, one is able to see comments option and also the like option.
The problem comes when a follower accesses the post through wordpress reader. One can only see Like option but cannot see comments and not able to post comments.
I am new to this but have tried for all options and resources available, unfortunately not being to solve this.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
