In order to change font style you can override CSS rather than disable bootstrap.
If you disable bootstrap then you have to create colunms manually.

You can override the CSS by using !important attribute.

For eg.

.ifb-flip-box-section-with-image {
     height: 330px!important;
   }

For example: If you want to change font size of Flipboxes, then you can use below mentioned CSS code:

.ifb-flip-box-section-with-image {
    font-size: 18px!important;
}
