• Hello, and thank you for the recent update — especially for adding new languages, including Persian. I really appreciate your efforts.

I wanted to mention that the current font used in the widget and on the site is not well-suited for Persian typography and doesn’t follow standard Persian font styling.

Is there any way to force the widget to use the website’s default font instead?

It would also be great if you could consider adding a font customization option in the settings. For example, a toggle that allows us to choose whether the widget should inherit the website’s default font. This would improve the appearance of the widget significantly for languages like Persian.

Thank you again for your work!

    Hey @siavasha24

Thank you very much for your message and for pointing this out — that’s really helpful feedback.

May I ask if you’ve already tried adjusting the font via custom CSS?
If you’d like, we can prepare a small CSS snippet for you so the widget inherits your website’s default font. Just create a quick ticket (https://wponetap.com/contact-support/) and include the link to your site, and we’ll provide the exact code you can simply paste in.

I’ve also added your suggestion to our internal Future-Feature-List so we can may offer a font-inherit option directly in the settings in a future update. 😊

If there’s anything else we can help with, feel free to let us know anytime.
